When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Your order is not accepted until EstiloLatino confirms acceptance. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted. Please review your order carefully before submitting, as we may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order is accepted.

Processing Time

All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days from the date of purchase
Orders placed before 3 PM will be processed the same day
Orders placed after 3 PM will be processed the next business day

Delivery Time

After shipment, delivery typically takes 4-7 business days, depending on your location.

Return Policy

Customers may return any eligible merchandise within 30 business days of receiving the product. If your return has not been received more than 7 business days after we accept the return, please email us at info@estilolatinos.com.

Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. Posted prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, customs, or import charges. You agree to provide complete and accurate account information and warrant that your credit card information is true and that you are authorized to use that card for purchase.

We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you. For international orders, you may be responsible for paying duties and other import charges.

Our services are powered by Shopify; however, all purchases and transactions in our store are made directly with EstiloLatino. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of your transactions with us, including any injury, damage, or loss.
