Please note:
- Returns sent without prior request will not be accepted.

Package Lost in Transit
If your package is lost during transit and you have provided the correct address at checkout, we will gladly reship your order for you.
- Unless you request a refund, we will wait 30 days for the package to arrive. If the package has not been delivered after 30 days, we will process a refund for you.
