Cancelling Orders: Before the order is shipped, you can cancel the order at any time:

  • Select a cancellation reason and confirm
  • After successful cancellation, the payment will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days

Note: If the order has already entered the shipping process (status shows "Shipped"), it cannot be directly cancelled. Please apply for a return and refund according to the return process.

2.4 How do I use coupons or discount codes?
