Order Processing
Processing Time
- All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days from the date of purchase.
- Orders placed before 3:00 PM ET will be processed the same business day.
- Orders placed after 3:00 PM ET will be processed on the next business day.
- Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday). We do not process orders on weekends or public holidays.
Order Modification
- If you wish to modify your order, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order.
- After 2 hours, changes to your order may no longer be possible as your order may have already entered the processing stage.
Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order details. After your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

P.O. Boxes and Military Addresses
- We may not be able to ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses (APO, FPO, DPO) for certain items. Please contact us before placing your order if you need shipping to these addresses.
